• Be the renewals lead: Lead the full renewal lifecycle, moving beyond administrative tasks to serve as a consultative partner during the most critical phase of the customer journey.
• Advocate for our Customers: Act as the primary point of contact for renewal inquiries, using every interaction to identify account health and strengthen the client relationship.
• Handle contract pricing: Oversee complex contract management, including proration calculations and consortium pricing, ensuring all agreements are accurate and mutually beneficial.

• Own the backbone of how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Finance operate: CRM, integrations, GTM systems, and the data and automation that tie everything together
• Design scalable data structures, objects, workflows, and automation aligned to current and future GTM strategies
• Lead the GTM-wide systems roadmap with the Systems Architect
• Oversee governance and configuration across HubSpot and connected GTM tools
• Build and maintain a data governance framework spanning lifecycle stages, routing, ARR mechanics, property standards, deduplication, enrichment, and hygiene
• Own the AI roadmap for GTM systems, including HubSpot AI and native AI capabilities in connected tools
• Architect lifecycle automation, routing, attribution, and pipeline mechanics that reflect real-world GTM behavior
