Staff Product Manager

Engineer

• Write and ship clear, simple code that makes educators’ lives easier and improves student outcomes.
• Partner with product owners, design, and senior engineering teammates to ensure we build features as cleanly and simply as possible.
• Actively utilize and champion AI development practices within your daily workflow, helping your peers find ways to increase sprint velocity and code quality.
• Build and maintain features that operate robustly at scale while adhering to the highest level of security for the schools that rely on us.

Manager

• Hire, train, and manage a remote team of 5-7 Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and Content Managers.
• Ensure the successful implementation of multiple client accounts, overseeing site builds, configuration, and initial training.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, setting customers up for long-term success.
• Identify and organize training needs for the team in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and the VP of Customer Operations - CMS.
• Support the team in resolving escalated implementation issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain and update internal resources for the Implementation team to ensure accessibility and accuracy.

Manager, IM

People Operations

• Collaborating with the People Ops team to build and maintain processes related to the following: talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, learning and professional development programs, talent management, onboarding and data accuracy
• Oversee daily People operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies, procedures, compliance and culture-championing
• Support day-to-day administration of our People programs (including but not limited to employee life cycle support from onboarding to offboarding, etc.)
• Serve as an internal resource to assist team members in meeting employee needs, using outside resources when appropriate
• Serve as a point of contact for staff to address concerns, questions, or feedback

• Build and lead your team to execute each sprint effectively, streamlining processes to ensure the right prioritization, urgency, and delivery.
• Partner closely with the SVP of Engineering, Product Management, and peer engineering leaders to align your team’s milestones with company goals.
• Establish and track KPIs for your team to measure performance, code quality, and execution.
• Ensure security processes, protocols, and technical best practices are kept up to date and on track within your team's domain.

Implementation Specialist

• Completing successful implementation for multiple clients/accounts as assigned
• Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction ratings while completing timely and accurate data migration, system configuration and initial training
• Ensuring customers are established before transitioning to the Customer Support team for the remainder of their life cycle
• Managing internal tools that support implementation with documentation, training and metrics
• Troubleshooting and support/escalate issues in the implementation process in order to find a timely and correct solution
• Sharing best practices, tips and participate in coaching to help us become a best-in-class implementation department
• Maintaining up-to-date information in CRM about implementation status, deliverables and timeline
• Supporting additional customer training and creating/updating documentation as needed

Implementation Manager

• Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of enterprise-level customer accounts with particular expertise of the Texas customer market
• Develop ongoing success plans to ensure goal alignment, product adoption, expansion and loyalty for your customer portfolio
• Support customer’s launch through data integration and system configuration in partnership with implementation team
• Identify opportunities to drive customer value through successful product adoption, best practice sharing and regular demonstration of ROI
