About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for partner relationship management for assigned partners
  • Establishing regular check-in meetings with partners
  • Manage all aspects of marketing outreach through these assigned partners
  • Monitor leads obtained through partner outreach activities
  • Assist finance/accounting in partner reporting/billing processes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure expectations are set with the Partner on product usage
  • Create and maintain documentation to support smooth onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of K12 EdTech experience (SaaS company or district experience)
  • Working knowledge of and experience in working with county offices and associations who serve the K12 community
  • Excellent communication skill and attention to detail
  • Project management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast moving dynamic environment.
  • Experience with school communication tools, integration tools and/or SIS a plus.
