• Data Governance & Compliance Designs and implements data governance architectures that satisfy HIPAA and security review requirements, including dynamic data masking policies, row-level security, and role-based access control. Translates regulatory constraints into durable, auditable Snowflake governance controls.
• Semantic & Dynamic View Layer Establishes a robust semantic and dynamic view layer that enables governed, self-serve data access across engineering, BI, analytics, and data science teams. Ensures downstream consumers can trust and access the data they need with consistency.
• AWS-to-Snowflake Ingestion Engineering Designs and maintains scalable ingestion systems using S3-to-Snowflake integration patterns with AWS services (EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Athena, Glue).
