Account Manager

• Own expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for Omnea’s US customer base
• Manage relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on largest and most strategic customers
• Ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea from earliest stages and beyond
• Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities; own Net Revenue Retention targets
• Act as trusted advisor to champions and executive sponsors across Procurement, Finance, Ops, and C-suite
• Lead renewal conversations and close multi-year contract extensions
• Mitigate customer concerns, reduce churn, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute mutual success plans and advise on best-in-class product configuration
• Nurture customer advocates, expand customer community, and co-host roundtables with Sales and Marketing
• Partner with Solutions & Implementation Lead, Technical Solutions Experts, Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver customer success

Founding Account Manager

Sales Engineer

• You’ll be the technical expert in the enterprise sales process, working alongside a talented team to uncover and address client challenges
• You’ll engage directly with prospects (companies with hundreds of employees), building tailored demos and leading technical discussions to showcase Omnea’s value
• You’ll partner with our sales team to lead custom discovery sessions, understand customer pain points, and showcase new or non-standard capabilities in the Omnea platform
• You’ll drive and own POCs in collaboration with the Customer and Product teams, ensuring prospects gain required technical comfort to move forward with Omnea
• You’ll act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the customer journey
• You’ll provide valuable feedback from the field to the Product team, helping shape future roadmap enhancements based on customer insights
• You’ll continuously improve our pre-sales processes, refining demo environments, technical documentation, and other sales collateral to better support future efforts
• You’ll need to spend 8+ weeks in the first 5 months onboarding with our team in London, UK (accommodation arranged)

Content Marketing Manager

• Own technical storytelling: create whitepapers, explainers, product collateral, integration guides, and case studies
• Sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure launches and roadmap updates have content
• Translate product and engineering knowledge into narratives for CFOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders
• Provide collateral to AEs and AMs to win deals and accelerate pipeline
• Measure content impact on pipeline and revenue; build dashboards and track performance
• Scale content function: set processes, playbooks, and standards to build category-defining brand
• Master the Omnea platform and work closely with engineers and product managers

• Lead product strategy and execution across one or more core product areas of the Omnea platform.
• Set strategy, grow and manage a team of product managers; hire, coach, and develop PMs.
• Drive product planning, decision-making, and cross-functional communication across functions and leadership.
• Ensure rapid learning and thoughtful shipping — balance speed with rigour.
• Partner with go-to-market to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops.
• Define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture, rituals, values, and operating principles as the company scales.
• Report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to scale Omnea at pace.
• Blend product vision, organizational scaling, and hands-on execution while leading a major surface area of the platform.

Product Director

Platform Engineer

• Make our security posture airtight by designing and implementing security controls across architecture, infrastructure and code
• Shift security left: embed SAST/DAST, IaC scanning, secure coding standards and threat-modeling into CI/CD pipeline
• Own compliance & audits: run Vanta end-to-end (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR), coordinate pen tests, evidence gathering and policy reviews
• Enable revenue: partner with Sales & Customer Success to answer security questionnaires, lead RFP security sections, and join prospect calls
• Code and build: contribute production-ready TypeScript, Terraform/CDK and automation scripts; raise security bar through secure patterns and reviews
• Drive security culture: run incident-response playbooks, tabletop exercises, and brown-bag sessions
• Set and execute the security roadmap, deliver dashboards, policies and guard-rails in production
