Solutions Engineer

• You’ll do whatever it takes to support & champion our customers in their journey with Omnea. There’ll be a constant mix of strategic work (advising customers on product config, refining our implementation strategies & processes, etc.) and operational work (managing onboarding & deployments, working with product to prioritise roadmap features for customers, etc.).
• You’ll join as an early hire in the Customer Team at one of Europe’s fastest-growing early-stage companies working alongside an experienced team who have done this before, with the best investors and teams out there.
• You’ll learn how to deploy a new & evolving SaaS product to some of the Europe’s most renowned tech companies by actually doing it (we don’t expect you to know yet!).
• You’ll focus on setting customers up to be successful, consulting them on the processes to build into Omnea, working with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, IT etc with your expert knowledge of best practices & our procurement orchestration and automation platform.
• You'll present value-focused demos of the platform, building bespoke configurations of workflows to key stakeholders, leveraging your deep knowledge of the product, expertise & best practices, and relaying customer stories to build deeper trust and conviction in our platform.
• You’ll become a product expert and be one of the best people in the company at configuring the product, building workflows, and developing new use cases. Plus you’ll know the customers personally so can get direct feedback as we build!
• You’ll work broadly across the business, regularly interfacing with engineering, product, and sales (& of course our customer team!).
• You’ll act as a diligent project manager, coordinating and driving towards launch, acting as an extension of the customer’s team and focusing the customer’s key stakeholders on achieving key milestones in the deployment.
• You’ll become an expert at building relationships & managing stakeholders at every level, from junior procurement analysts to CFOs / Board Members.

Solution Architect

Systems Engineer

• Evolve Our Design System: Help maintain and expand Omnea’s cross-platform design system, driving consistency and scalability across the product.
• Craft Exceptional Experiences: Sweat the details on interaction design, animation, accessibility, and visual polish to create experiences that feel exceptional.
• Collaborate Deeply: Partner with designers to refine ideas and engineers to bring them to life, bridging the gap between design intent and technical execution.
• Own the End-to-End: Take full ownership of features and flows, from early concept sketches through to launch and iteration.
• Champion Quality: Advocate for user experience and accessibility throughout the design and development process.
• Build Tools for Speed: Contribute to internal tooling and documentation that help our teams ship quality experiences faster.
• Design & Build: Translate Figma concepts into production-ready UI using modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, CSS).

Systems Designer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Do the accounting and close the books for our UK and US entities (we do not use outsourced parties for this);
• Handle VAT and Sales Tax matters, and work with Cooper Parry for our annual accounts, audit, and corporation tax filings in the UK, and with CLA to do the same for our US entity;
• Take care of our in-house business as usual processes, working with our Ops juniors to process payroll and payables, and bill and collect from our customers;
• Build out our automation stack, and work with our revops team to automate things like our billing processes;
• Once ramped & running on the controller/accounting side of the house, work with our CFO on scenario modelling and forecasting, and prepare inputs for Board and Investor reporting
• Help refine and iterate our transfer pricing and intercompany mechanisms
• Help monitor and steer the metrics that roll up into our financial story, and work with teams to help us navigate towards our desired outcomes

Finance Manager

Growth Marketing

• Build, execute, and continuously optimize Omnea’s digital growth strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, search, email, website).
• Own our website and the digital ecosystem driving to it — turning traffic into meaningful commercial opportunities.
• Capture and activate demand across enterprise accounts, identifying and prioritizing key buying signals.
• Work with commercial and sales teams to translate engagement into qualified pipeline.
• Build and measure full-funnel campaigns that raise awareness, educate the market, and drive meetings.
• Experiment relentlessly — test, learn, and adapt faster than anyone else.

Growth Marketer

Account Manager

• Own expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for Omnea’s US customer base
• Manage relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on largest and most strategic customers
• Ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea from earliest stages and beyond
• Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities; own Net Revenue Retention targets
• Act as trusted advisor to champions and executive sponsors across Procurement, Finance, Ops, and C-suite
• Lead renewal conversations and close multi-year contract extensions
• Mitigate customer concerns, reduce churn, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute mutual success plans and advise on best-in-class product configuration

Founding Account Manager

Sales Engineer

• You’ll be the technical expert in the enterprise sales process, working alongside a talented team to uncover and address client challenges
• You’ll engage directly with prospects (companies with hundreds of employees), building tailored demos and leading technical discussions to showcase Omnea’s value
• You’ll partner with our sales team to lead custom discovery sessions, understand customer pain points, and showcase new or non-standard capabilities in the Omnea platform
• You’ll drive and own POCs in collaboration with the Customer and Product teams, ensuring prospects gain required technical comfort to move forward with Omnea
• You’ll act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the customer journey
• You’ll provide valuable feedback from the field to the Product team, helping shape future roadmap enhancements based on customer insights
• You’ll continuously improve our pre-sales processes, refining demo environments, technical documentation, and other sales collateral to better support future efforts
• You’ll need to spend 8+ weeks in the first 5 months onboarding with our team in London, UK (accommodation arranged)

Content Marketing Manager

• Own technical storytelling: create whitepapers, explainers, product collateral, integration guides, and case studies
• Sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure launches and roadmap updates have content
• Translate product and engineering knowledge into narratives for CFOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders
• Provide collateral to AEs and AMs to win deals and accelerate pipeline
• Measure content impact on pipeline and revenue; build dashboards and track performance

• Make our security posture airtight by designing and implementing security controls across architecture, infrastructure and code
• Shift security left: embed SAST/DAST, IaC scanning, secure coding standards and threat-modeling into CI/CD pipeline
• Own compliance & audits: run Vanta end-to-end (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR), coordinate pen tests, evidence gathering and policy reviews
• Enable revenue: partner with Sales & Customer Success to answer security questionnaires, lead RFP security sections, and join prospect calls
• Code and build: contribute production-ready TypeScript, Terraform/CDK and automation scripts; raise security bar through secure patterns and reviews
