About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will help us build Europe’s best talent org from the ground up.
- You'll spend a lot of time mapping, outreaching, and contacting candidates.
- You’ll create the playbook to hire your HM's roles.
- You’ll partner directly with senior leaders & hiring managers to shape role specs and align on success profiles.
- You’ll elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and obsessing over what “great” looks like.
- You’ll craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns.
- You’ll shape Omnea’s presence in the market by contributing to employer branding.
- You’ll build and nurture a personal network of the top 1% talent; running invite-only events and networking with investors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You're based in New York and have the right to work in the US without any visa assistance.
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, or agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else you’ve applied yourself.
- You’re a ruthless prioritiser, highly organised, and focused on outcomes over inputs.
- You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business.
- You’re outcomes-focused, with a strong bias to action.
- You’re a great communicator, clear, concise, and persuasive.
- You’re proactive and crave accountability.
- You’re ambitious and competitive; not in a sharp-elbows way, but because you care deeply about your career and doing the best work of your life.
- And you’re just a really good human; collaborative, kind, low-ego.
