• Manage LinkedIn presence: track key contacts, queue engagement posts, and help maintain consistent visibility within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Conduct daily pulse checks with the CEO to align priorities, remove blockers, and close feedback loops.
• Continuously document and refine workflows to build structure, accountability, and calm across Growth’s leadership rhythm.

Legal Assistant

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects when they call or email the firm.
• Quickly build rapport with prospects and gather necessary information, logging data into CRM.
• Efficiently schedule clients for initial consultations and motivate them to complete their intake homework.
• Nurture and engage clients throughout the planning process, providing consistent communication.
• Manage all scheduling for the attorney, confirming appointments and following up as needed.
• Send engagement letters, invoices, and follow-up emails for payment.
• Support the trust funding process by gathering and confirming client documents.

• Accurately enter and review client data into drafting software systems
• Draft legal documents using provided software, templates and checklists

Learning and Development

• Publish and format long-form documents in Microsoft Word — including use of style sheets, nested tables, cross-references, index building, and consistent long-document management.
• Prepare manuscripts for submission, ensuring formatting aligns with publisher requirements and brand standards.
• Proofread, format, and maintain all publishing documents and templates to a professional, ready-to-publish level.
• Convert and update PowerPoint decks (60–300+ slides) into new branded templates using master slides and automation tools rather than manual edits.
• Apply company-wide branding and formatting updates across Word, PowerPoint, and marketing materials.
• Assist with marketing operations, including social media posting, newsletter layout, and light copy drafting guided by a communications style guide (in development).
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate or refine posts, newsletters, and engagement content consistent with Royal Wise’s brand tone.
• Support ad hoc and special projects with strong initiative, organization, and independent problem-solving.

Instructional Designer

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, clients, and referral partners via phone and email
• Gather prospect information and log data into CRM or Case Management System
• Efficiently schedule clients for initial consultation and manage attorney calendar
• Motivate prospects to complete intake homework or intake questionnaires
• Nurture and engage clients throughout the planning process and provide follow-up communication
• Conduct post-consultation calls to request missing information, confirm payments, and explain next steps
• Prepare and send engagement letters, invoices, and follow-up emails for payment; track payment plans
• Support trust funding process by gathering and confirming client documents
• Prepare clients for signing ceremonies and send thank-you gifts to clients or referral partners

• Oversee ancillary sidework projects (gutters, windows, siding, fencing, interior work) outside core roofing services.
• Monitor AccuLynx for sidework requests, review scopes for completeness, and solicit and present subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate with the Roofing Production Manager to align timelines and with consultants, subcontractors, and the Director of Operations.
• Schedule installations, assign labor tickets, manage multi-trade projects, and handle rescheduling due to delays (weather, homeowner issues).
• Track project completion and quality, document subcontractor pricing trends, and provide sidework reports with actionable insights for management.
• Drive operational excellence to support company growth and efficient bidding, scheduling, and execution.

Production Manager

Graphics Designer

• Bring consistency, polish, and creativity to marketing deliverables; execution-first role creating and delivering visuals.
• Work closely with Growth/Strategy Marketer to turn campaign concepts, blog content, case studies, and event promotions into professional, on-brand designs across digital and print.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Refresh and maintain website/landing page layouts in line with brand guidelines (design side only).
• Maintain and update the centralized brand and marketing materials library (templates, graphics, case studies, decks, one-pagers).
• Ensure all visuals are consistent with BetterUnite’s brand guidelines (colors, typography, templates).
• Support internal teams (sales, events, customer success) with designed collateral as needed.
