Analyst

• Own customer reporting and analysis across key lifecycle metrics including acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, and lifetime value
• Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and experimentation
• Build and maintain standardized customer datasets, metrics, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency across teams
• Partner with Retention, Lifecycle, Loyalty teams to define analytical requirements and answer strategic business questions
• Analyze customer behavior trends, cohort performance, and subscription dynamics to surface insights and growth opportunities

Senior Customer Analyst

Events

• Design & facilitate brand education materials, with an emphasis on elevating consumer experiences and building brand loyalty.
• Integrate education initiatives across various channels, including in-person workshops, digital platforms, and social media, to create a consistent learning experience that supports a seamless consumer journey.
• Develop education and event strategies to improve all Retail initiatives, anticipating the needs of the business and the impact on cross functional team timelines.
• Oversee and facilitate sourcing and execution of TOA’s and event collaterals.
• Budget management and financial tracking of all events and education spend.
• Serve as Retail education voice through partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and internal  Education players on key launches and initiatives to define product positioning and selling strategies.
• Communicate market activity and competitive intelligence through an active engagement process with VP of Retail and Director, Retail Sales, Education and key opinion leaders to determine customer needs and territory growth opportunities.
• Stay current on beauty industry education trends and activations, constantly thinking outside the box for education and sales development, events, etc
• Build innovative training materials and resources, such as manuals, virtual courses, that are clear, concise, and visually appealing to drive growth across the hair and wellness category.
• Experienced facilitator with the ability to execute engaging virtual and live format seminars that focus on Nutrafol’s brand story, product knowledge, sales and service techniques, omni-education activations, and competitive insights and trends.
• Develop and deliver brand and product knowledge onboarding content to field team employees, including in-store education and sales development, providing constructive feedback when needed.
• 40%+ of time will be spent in store with the field team. Could vary based on the needs of the business.
• Develop the Nutrafol Field Team to be leaders in education and sales through training, sales development and by creating growth opportunities to establish Nutrafol as the hair thinning authority.
• Lead monthly Field Sales & Education training calls for product launches, events, team questions, etc.
• Support Regional Managers in building elevated training and sales opportunities.
• Ensure the Sales team is consistently informed and aligned with all Education and Event programs and objectives by regularly attending monthly meetings and with in store ongoing training / development.
• Conduct regular (monthly or bi-monthly) meetings with the Retail Sales Team and evaluate their performance.
• Responsible for the management of programs that contribute to the overall budget of the Retail Sales department; including expense planning, reconciliation of departmental expenses, and involvement in future budget planning.

Product Designer

• Write, edit, and refine digital copy across site and app experiences to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand and Copy teams to craft copy that guides, informs, and converts while aligning with regulatory and compliance needs.
• Use strong attention to detail to manage copy documents used for site designs and QA, tracking edits and ensuring accuracy.
• Map and optimize copy across high-funnel (campaigns, landing pages, blog) and low-funnel (product, checkout) entry points to create cohesive, conversion-driven user journeys.
• Lead SEO initiatives by auditing, updating, and optimizing content across blog and top-of-funnel pages, in partnership with an external agency.
• Improve overall copy flow to reduce friction and enhance the user journey by working with testing leads to test, learn, and optimize.

• Own and optimize the ND Team’s technical ecosystem and customer-facing services — including scheduling and consultation platforms, customer service tools, data and reporting systems, and emerging AI-enabled tools — ensuring systems are reliable, integrated, and scalable.
• Lead initiatives to bring new customer-facing projects to life and optimize existing customer-facing services.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new tools, automations, and workflow improvements that increase operational efficiency and support new initiatives, in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee day-to-day technical and operational workflows, actively supporting issue resolution and facilitating handoff to appropriate teams as needed.

Accounting Manager

• Re-create, validate, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Dynamics 365 based on revised manufacturing and costing structures
• Support SKU setup and maintenance, including units of measure, item groups, inventory dimensions, and costing methods
• Support data cleanup, validation, and reconciliation during migration from QuickBooks and other source files
• Identify data inconsistencies, duplications, and structural gaps; recommend and implement corrective actions

• Work closely with our Digital Reputation Manager to execute a multi-platform strategy for responses and proactive communications as we look to scale and intensify the meaning of consumer support in our digital spaces
• Take learnings from consumer feedback and help to incorporate them into our content plan
• Monitor, record, analyze, and summarize sentiment learnings and present them in an actionable way to the larger team
• Brainstorm, organize and execute community initiatives focused on supporting and retaining Nutrafol customers
• Engage with online community responding to comments in a timely manner
• Identify, monitor, and respond to reviews and comments on sites such as Instagram, TikTok, Google, Facebook, Reddit, X, and various product review forums and more on both paid and organic posts and DMs
• Manage social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect community and brand reputation
• Collaborate with various teams to develop appropriate responses to external comments, reviews and ratings
