• Partner with the Director of People, cross functional business leaders, and employees to understand needs/objectives and implement solutions to address needs.
• Manage our PEO system (Paylocity), keeping all of our systems up-to-date and compliant.
• Run onboarding from start to finish, including systems such as Paylocity, Seamless, JOON, Greenhouse.
• Take control of on-boarding new employees, constantly brainstorming new and innovative ideas to improve our current processes.

• Lead analysis, and interpretation of media performance across paid channels (digital, TV/CTV, social, search, influencer, affiliate and more)
• Partner with Performance Marketing team to evaluate media mix and campaign performance; provide insights on awareness, reach, and consideration KPIs to ensure investments ladder up to long-term brand equity and growth

• Work with the Director of Brand Marketing to develop and maintain Women’s marketing calendar. Translating the brand strategy, positioning, architecture, visual identity, etc. into integrated marketing plans and consumer experiences
• Responsible for understanding and reaching Women’s business needs and aligning and updating Women’s marketing calendar to deliver on both brand and business priorities

• Execute, manage, test and optimize paid social media channels to drive new customer acquisition, primarily on Meta, for Nutrafol’s hair-wellness D2C products.
• Day-to-day campaign management including ad launches, audience updates, bid changes, optimizations, feed changes, pixel management, and budget pacing/scaling.
• Maintain a daily pulse on campaign performance, monitoring budgets, pacing and scaling adjustments, and reporting key weekly & monthly performance findings with recommendations.
• Plan and manage creative briefs on a quarterly basis; brief concepts for channel needs and review content from internal creative teams and agency partners.
• Partner with influencer, creative, and community teams to create whitelist ads, manage account permissions, monitor comments, report on ad performance, and execute on rights timelines.

• As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze capital allocation decisions, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team.
