Performance Marketing

• Execute, manage, test and optimize paid social media channels to drive new customer acquisition, primarily on Meta, for Nutrafol’s hair-wellness D2C products.
• Day-to-day campaign management including ad launches, audience updates, bid changes, optimizations, feed changes, pixel management, and budget pacing/scaling.
• Maintain a daily pulse on campaign performance, monitoring budgets, pacing and scaling adjustments, and reporting key weekly & monthly performance findings with recommendations.
• Plan and manage creative briefs on a quarterly basis; brief concepts for channel needs and review content from internal creative teams and agency partners.
• Partner with influencer, creative, and community teams to create whitelist ads, manage account permissions, monitor comments, report on ad performance, and execute on rights timelines.
• Execute new channel launches focused on driving new customer acquisition and manage a robust testing roadmap for paid social initiatives.
• Troubleshoot performance challenges and bugs on paid social platforms; manage partnerships with external account representatives and monthly channel payments with accounts payable.
• Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, influencer, and community management teams; report to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Associate - FP&A who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision-making across a dynamic and fluid organization.
• As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze capital allocation decisions, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team.
• This is an amazing opportunity to gain real-life, in-depth business operating experience as you’ll be working closely with teams across the organization on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
• Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them
• Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads
• Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources
• Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements
• Use Tableau and QuickBooks to mine and analyze data in order to provide leadership with learnings and recommendations
