• Manage a book of business: renewals and identify expansion/opportunity within install base.
• Build and nurture relationships; guide prospects through discovery, Proof-of-Concept, contract negotiation, and close with multiple stakeholders.
• Create proposals to convert prospects to ScyllaDB Enterprise and ScyllaDB Cloud customers.

• Contribute to the design of the overall architecture of the web application

• Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe de vendas da ScyllaDB para gerar valor aos potenciais clientes e promover a adoção das tecnologias ScyllaDB; responsável pela "Technical Win" das oportunidades
• Fornecer revisão técnica e recomendações para implantar o Scylla em produção
• Auxiliar potenciais clientes na configuração, manutenção e benchmark do Scylla durante as fases de Proof-of-Concept (PoC)
• Desenvolver e documentar soluções utilizando o Scylla; criar documentos de integração e benchmarks de ferramentas de terceiros com os produtos ScyllaDB
• Desenvolver material de treinamento e criar/ministrar treinamentos para clientes e usuários do Scylla
• Colaborar com outros arquitetos de soluções e atuar como elo de ligação entre clientes e as equipes de gerenciamento de produto/engenharia

🎯 Requisitos

• Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em função de Pré-vendas/Arquiteto de Soluções (Pre-Sales/SA)
• Excelente conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Linux
• Experiência em ambiente de startup
• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em implantação/gerenciamento de bancos NoSQL, incluindo modelagem de dados e implantação de aplicações usando bancos NoSQL (Cassandra/Datastax, MongoDB, Redis etc.)
• Boa compreensão de linguagens de script modernas (ex.: Python, Node.js) e/ou linguagens de programação populares (ex.: C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experiência com Spark, Kafka, bancos de dados de séries temporais e grafos
• Graduação em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou área similar
• Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação — escrita e verbal
• Organizado(a) e capaz de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente
• Excelentes habilidades interpessoais para interagir com equipe, colegas e clientes
• Capacidade comprovada de aprofundar-se tecnicamente e compreender o produto de forma detalhada
• Disponibilidade para viajar até 25% do tempo

• Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on Commercial agreements, Privacy matters, labor law, corporate governance, etc.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties including external counsel, vendors, and potential customers.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents (including employment agreements/amendments, ESOP grant letters, agreements with customers, NDAs, etc.).
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Manage all international legal aspects with the external legal firms of subsidiaries.
• Manage a legal team of 1–2 in-house counsels.
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
• Create processes and procedures to support a rapidly growing, global business.
• Report directly to the CFO and work closely with executives across Sales, Engineering, HR, and Product.
• Support Scylla’s business in Israel, India, US and Europe and handle corporate matters, commercial contracts, and global employees/contractors related matters.

• Manage a distributed team of very talented 5-10 developers
• Develop performance-sensitive software in an open-source collaborative environment
• Hands-on development of features and review code by team members (~50% of the time).
• Grow and coach the team talent
• Communicate clearly in public email, commit messages, and bug reports

• Report directly to the CFO and work closely with executives across Sales, Engineering, HR, and Product
