About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own strategic sourcing and supplier management across critical areas of our company
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, and Facilities to lead sourcing processes
Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier performance
Drive savings and cost avoidance while helping to build supplier agreements
Build sourcing plans that translate business needs into the right supplier strategy, sourcing motion, and negotiation posture

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related field
3+ years owning Corporate Services categories such as Facilities/Real Estate, HR Services, Travel, Marketing Services, or Contingent Workforce
Experience independently leading complex sourcing events end to end, including RFx, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
Strong business judgment and analytical rigor, including spend analysis, benchmarking, building business cases, and measuring savings/cost avoidance
Deep understanding of source to contract and procure to pay practices
Strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Legal, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, and Compliance
