• Creation and management of Improvement Actions in the Services department ensuring a ZERO accident policy
• Planning and monitoring of major corrective measures
• Detect needs and opportunities for improvements within the area of major corrective measures maintaining the company's Know How and Nordex tool support and integration
• Coordination of the different parties involved (cranes, personnel, HSE, logistics, engineering...) prior to the start of the major corrective/repair
• Up tower Report on the work carried out on the company's O&M Management System and ensure compliance with the required documentation
• Support in the preparation of offers to customers who request a service in the area
• Flexibility to support different projects in the different countries where the company is established

Special Operations Coordinator – Major Correctives

• Support sales during the final phase of tenders and prepare the handover to project management
• Responsible for the timely execution of projects, ensuring adherence to budget and quality specifications
• Ensure all HSE standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and take responsibility for contract management
• Responsible for project costing, cost control, reporting and relevant KPIs
• Ensure a seamless project handover to the service team while simultaneously transferring to the client

Project Manager – Wind Farm Construction

• Conceptual planning of transport logistics processes related to the construction of wind turbine installations
• Issuing tenders for transport services, selecting service providers, and drafting/negotiating contracts
• Operational and commercial management of project logistics, including documentation and controlling
• Maintaining and further developing existing service provider relationships as well as building new transport partners

• Ensure the performance of wind turbines.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the established schedule to improve machine reliability and maximize production.

• Work on a variety of components, from small parts to large assemblies, sometimes using lifting equipment.
• Write intervention reports in accordance with quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preventive Maintenance Technician – Wind Farms

• Strategic planning and management of the tender process for projects in the Central region
• Preparation and evaluation of construction schedules in MS Project, taking regional standards into account
• Development of appropriate construction and logistics concepts in coordination with crane, transport and installation service providers
• Conducting cost and risk analyses during the tender phase and deriving measures for contract negotiations
• Presenting results in internal bodies such as Project Board meetings
• Conducting site inspections for technical assessment of planned wind farms and coordinating with customers and partners
• Active participation in contract negotiations with customers, including technical contract content

• Lead global audit planning and execution by developing audit scopes, tools, questionnaires, templates, and performance dashboards
