About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and prepare financial and operational KPIs to support business performance management and decision-making.
  • Create reports and presentations for management, corporate functions, and other stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Conduct business analyses and contribute to commercial and financial decision-making.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of reporting structures, controlling tools, and finance processes.
  • Support process optimization initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate closely with national and international teams, acting as an interface between operations and Finance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed university degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with above-average academic performance.
  • Initial practical experience in a finance-related environment through demanding internships, working-student positions, or case-study projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for turning data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude, combined with the ability to critically assess complex topics and draw independent conclusions.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and a strong ambition to develop towards a Finance Business Partner or Senior Controller role in the long term.
