About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and corporate development activities.
Analyze and synthesize research findings and prepare clear recommendations for management-oriented presentations and reports.
Support the Working Student Corporate Development & Strategy team in evaluating business trends, opportunities, and strategic topics.
Contribute to the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management audiences.
Independently manage ad hoc assignments and special projects across strategy, market analysis, and business-related topics.
Structure, visualize, and communicate complex information using PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant MS Office applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field with relevant business coursework or equivalent qualifications.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to conduct, structure, synthesize, and communicate research findings effectively.
Fluent in English, with German language skills considered advantageous.
Additional language skills such as Spanish or Mandarin are beneficial.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results on a variety of tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a structured working approach.
