About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support teams in Serbia and the wider Balkan region in the practical implementation of applicable HSE legislation, Nordex Group QHSE policies, local action plans, and certified management systems
- Provide QHSE support to local teams on topics such as construction and service site management, contractor management and environmental requirements linked to wind energy projects
- Support compliance assessments, review site HSE plans and customer requirements
- Contribute to risk assessments and method statements
- Support incident and near-miss investigations and follow up on corrective actions
- Contribute to QHSE audits, supplier audits, and safety awareness initiatives
- Travel regularly to construction sites, wind farms and service locations in Serbia and the Balkan region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Serbian licence as Savetnik za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu / Occupational Safety and Health Advisor
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, wind energy, industrial projects, service, maintenance or operational site environments
- Strong knowledge of Serbian HSE laws and regulations
- Ideally basic knowledge of HSE laws and regulations in Balkan area, especially Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Practical experience with risk assessments, method statements, incident investigation, audits and contractor HSE management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Fluent in Serbian and English
