Product Designer

• Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the customer lifecycle - working closely with the Growth PM to identify friction, run design experiments, and improve conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Design growth loops and lifecycle experiences - referral mechanics, pricing and packaging surfaces, and features that compound usage across both sides of the marketplace.
• Balance multiple workstreams and know when to go deep on craft versus move fast and ship.
• Contribute to and maintain Nivoda's design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the pod and raising the bar for design coherence across the product.
• Run lightweight user research - interviews, usability tests, and session reviews - to ground design decisions in real user behaviour rather than assumption.
• Work directly with engineers to ensure designs ship accurately and at pace. You won't throw specs over the wall - you'll be in the build with them.
• Use data and experimentation to validate design decisions: review funnel analytics, collaborate on A/B test design, and translate results into design iteration.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders - you can explain a decision in one sentence or a 10-minute presentation, depending on who's in the room.
• Bring an AI-informed perspective to your workflow - whether that's using AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping, or thinking about where AI features can reduce friction for users.
• Mentor more junior designers on the team and help build a culture of strong craft and feedback.

Senior Product Designer

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and ship features across the full stack that directly grow revenue, conversion, and retention - you'll see your work in the metrics within days of shipping.
• Design and implement the technical architecture for growth features, in-app experiments, and lifecycle and monetisation flows - making pragmatic decisions that balance speed with maintainability.
• Identify and build growth loops - referral mechanics, pricing and packaging experiments, and features that compound usage across both sides of the marketplace.
• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or whatever works best for you) as a first-class part of your engineering workflow - we actively encourage this and want to learn from how you do it.
• Contribute to how the team uses AI beyond your own workflow - sharing patterns, tools, and approaches that make the whole squad faster and better.
• Work closely with the PM and designer in tight, fast feedback loops - you're not waiting for specs to be 'done' before you start thinking about implementation.
• Run A/B experiments end-to-end: implement the test, instrument the events, analyse the results, and feed the findings back into the next iteration.
• Write clean, well-tested code that the team can build on - and raise concerns when you see technical debt accumulating that will slow us down later.
• Participate in architecture and technical design conversations - your opinion on how to build things matters here, not just that you can build them.
• Stay close to the latest in AI tooling, engineering practices, and developer productivity - and bring what you learn back to the team.
• Mentor more junior engineers and help build an engineering culture that's proud of both its speed and its craft.

Senior Fullstack Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Identify and prioritise lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts and build tailored reactivation strategies for each, using a combination of data insight and relationship outreach.
• Prospect and develop new relationships with small-to-mid-size jewelry retailers across the US, building a self-generated pipeline alongside any inbound opportunities.
• Represent Nivoda on the ground in the US: at trade shows, jewellery industry events, and face-to-face with key accounts across the country.
• Own a portfolio of enterprise SMB accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through to sustained revenue growth - serving as their primary point of contact and trusted commercial partner.
• Set up regular business reviews with key accounts, reviewing their purchasing activity, sharing platform updates and new product launches, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build multi-contact relationships within each account where possible, deepening Nivoda's footprint and reducing single-point-of-failure risk.
• Use platform data and buying behaviour insights to proactively identify growth levers, flag risks, and have informed commercial conversations with every account.
• Act as a product advocate, helping accounts get more value from the Nivoda platform and providing structured feedback to product and category teams on what SMB buyers need.
• Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry retail market in the US: buying cycles, trends, margin pressures, and what drives purchasing decisions for small business owners.
• As the first Enterprise AE in the US, help shape the playbook, contributing to how we identify, segment, engage, and grow enterprise SMB accounts at scale.
