Account Manager

• Own a book of ramped and tenured ANZ jewellery retailers as their primary commercial contact
• Protect and grow net revenue retention across the account book and act on churn risk
• Grow share of wallet across natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, melee, gemstones and finished jewellery
• Reactivate lapsed and declining accounts through structured win-back plays
• Run regular business reviews with top accounts covering pricing, stock, service and growth plans
• Take clean handoffs from the Account Executive as newly won customers finish ramping
• Work with operations, support and finance teams to resolve deliveries, returns, quality-control and credit issues
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records for activity, account health and revenue outlook
• Feed customer and market insights back into the business to shape product, pricing and supply
• Occasionally represent Nivoda at trade fairs and industry events across Australia and New Zealand
• Report to the General Manager for North America & APAC

Sales Development Rep

• Work inbound leads within SLA and convert them to booked demos
• Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists
• Personalise outreach at speed
• Qualify prospects by buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline
• Book, confirm, and protect demos
• Reduce no-shows through reminders and pre-demo touches
• Maintain accurate CRM records and disposition every lead
• Feed objections, effective messaging, and converting segments back to the team
• Use multichannel sequences across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Meet weekly activity and demos-held targets

Enterprise Sales Development Representative – Europe

Revenue Operations

• Own theoretical onboarding for every new SDR, AE and AM
• Define and maintain role-specific standards for being up to spec
• Own product materials covering how each business line works, target users, pricing, take rate and best practices
• Keep enablement documentation current
• Act as the link between Marketing and frontline sales so campaigns are communicated before launch
• Translate the Product roadmap into sales enablement and positioning
• Build call-scoring rubrics with team managers
• Run high-volume transcript review and scoring using Claude
• Distribute weekly scoring reports
• Run a weekly leaderboard showing best calls, scores, winners and losers
• Create and track personalized coaching plans for every rep
• Coach managers and reps directly
• Generate insights on what is and is not working in the KYC process
• Own accountability for KYC SLAs and escalate slippage
• Map KYC blockers and escalation paths and drive root-cause fixes across Sales, Product and Marketing
• Ensure KYC operators know and document the rules
• Train and enable both sales representatives and operations staff
• Deliver targets including 75% conversion through second purchase for each new cohort, KYC above 60% in every geography, weekly rubric and call-score reporting, and 80% rubric compliance by month four

Enablement and Conversion Manager, Revenue Operations

Account Executive

• Run discovery-led demos mapping Nivoda's marketplace to retailers' buying workflows
• Manage proposals, commercial terms, objection handling, stakeholder buy-in, and deal closure
• Drive KYC and compliance completion by chasing documents and unblocking friction
• Own customer activation during days 0–90, including searching, quoting, first orders, and early usage habits
• Coordinate with SDRs on handoff quality
• Coordinate with AMs on day-90 transition, account context, buying patterns, and risks
• Forecast accurately and maintain honest pipeline stages
• Convert booked demos into live, transacting Nivoda customers
• Shepherd customers through KYC/onboarding compliance and own accounts through the first 90 days

Account Executive – German Speaking

• Run discovery-led demos mapping Nivoda's marketplace to retailers' buying workflows
• Manage proposals, commercial terms, objection handling, stakeholder buy-in, and contract closing
• Drive KYC and compliance completion by chasing documents and unblocking friction
• Own customer activation during days 0–90, including searching, quoting, first orders, and early usage habits
• Coordinate with SDRs on handoff quality
• Coordinate with AMs on day-90 account transition, including account context, buying patterns, and risks
• Forecast accurately and maintain honest pipeline stages
• Convert booked demos into live, transacting Nivoda customers
• Own accounts through the first 90 days, from first search through first reorder
• Achieve demo-to-close conversion, new business revenue, KYC completion, 90-day activation, day-90 account value, and forecast accuracy KPIs

• Be measured weekly on activity and demos held
