• Lead bench validation activities of silicon ICs during product development
• Analyze product specifications and chip architecture to plan validation activities
• Develop detailed post-Silicon characterization plans and coordinate with design, systems, and test teams to execute them
• Design and develop schematics and layouts for validation boards
• Create and automate bench setups to streamline characterization and testing
• Perform system-level and parametric tests on silicon ICs
• Identify, debug, and resolve device- and setup-related issues independently
• Prepare detailed reports of validation results and present findings to stakeholders
