About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement a regional business development plan
  • Work directly with OEMs, customers and distribution partners
  • Own the regional pricing strategy
  • Lead and manage RFQs and commercial negotiations
  • Define and implement sales strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities through market leadership
  • Collaborate with sales to drive revenue generation
  • Collect and analyze market information to support growth decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid foundation in marketing, business development and pricing strategies
  • Experience in semiconductors, power electronics or wide-bandgap technologies (GaN / SiC) is a plus
  • Understanding of global semiconductor markets, supply chains and customer systems
  • Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire)
  • Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and commercial audiences
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work in fast-paced, evolving markets
  • Team player in global, cross-functional environments
