About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement a regional business development plan
- Work directly with OEMs, customers and distribution partners
- Own the regional pricing strategy
- Lead and manage RFQs and commercial negotiations
- Define and implement sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities through market leadership
- Collaborate with sales to drive revenue generation
- Collect and analyze market information to support growth decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid foundation in marketing, business development and pricing strategies
- Experience in semiconductors, power electronics or wide-bandgap technologies (GaN / SiC) is a plus
- Understanding of global semiconductor markets, supply chains and customer systems
- Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire)
- Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach
- Highly motivated, results-oriented and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and commercial audiences
- Customer-focused with the ability to work in fast-paced, evolving markets
- Team player in global, cross-functional environments
