• Work with internal product and engineering stakeholders as well as external partners across both the Live Streaming and the Ads infrastructure teams to enable seamless ad delivery for our customers.
• Manage products from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively to solve the business challenges before them.
• Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products, and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics.

• Provide technical mentorship for junior engineers and set best practices through detailed design reviews and high-quality code reviews.

• Lead and centralize the management of global technology partnerships including developing and negotiating new partnerships to ensure optimal alignment with the product development cycle.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to align global tech partner deliverables with local priorities.
• Define and execute partnership strategies, guiding principles, and operating models with external partners.

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and contract managers to assist Netflix’s product and tech team in managing vendor agreements worldwide
