About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own programs from inception through delivery and proactively drive progress
  • Lead multiple cross-functional programs with product, engineering, design, and data science teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience
  • Proven experience driving large-scale software projects
  • Experience defining technical strategies and building long-term scalable solutions
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple programs with many moving parts
  • Experience creating partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify solution gaps, debate technical approaches, and influence product-versus-technology tradeoffs
  • Deep understanding and point of view on the application of agentic capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate business impact and technical constraints to different audiences
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to identify gaps in software development, testing, and launch planning and execution
  • Understanding, advocacy, and demonstration of Netflix values
