Account Executive

• Develop relationships with multiple Program Directors within SLED agencies and Offices, as well as partners within the Moveworks GTM ecosystem.
• Manage overall client relationship, including orchestrating an account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.) to ensure Moveworks value is being realized by customers
• As an Enterprise SLED Account Executive, drive relevant lines of Moveworks products to agency clients to ensure mission success. Serve as the agency's trusted advisor by understanding their mission and advising on how Moveworks can help enable their existing and future roadmap.

Enterprise Account Executive, SLED

Sales

• Engage 1:1’s with your Account Executives, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and meet & shadow current members of the sales team
• Work directly with your SVP, Regional VP and Regional Director peers on new initiatives and ways to improve day to day operations; build the best Sales Executive team in the industry
• Understand the Moveworks customer base, ICP, product and value proposition
• Begin to hire, develop, coach and manage a strong team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Define and execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals in new and existing accounts.
• Empower Account Executives through strategic planning sessions, accountability and execution
• Be a product expert and a customer facing asset feel assisting your team in closing deals and exceeding quota
• Accurately assess the capabilities, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching to improve their performance and support their career path
• Develop and implement sales strategies and incentives that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets
• Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline
• Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and client care

Regional Director, Enterprise Sales – Northeast USA

• Prospect into defined set of Enterprise/Strategic accounts within your respective region/geography
• Consistently build strong pipeline quarter over quarter (4x of quota)
• Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual numbers
• Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business across your account base
• Establish loyal champion relationships within account targets who can navigate, guide, and refer opportunities
• Negotiate favorable deals and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
• Partner with customer success for existing customers to drive adoption and expanded reach within your assigned territory.

Presales Solutions Engineer – East USA

• Collaborate closely with the sales and presales engineering teams to provide unwavering support for strategic initiatives.
• Leverage your technical expertise to build innovative solutions to solve our customers' business problems.
• Collaborate directly with architects, developers, administrators, and other technical points of contacts at our customers to achieve a technical win.
• Conduct interactive workshops with customers to identify existing issues and propose well-crafted solutions for future enhancements.
• Lead the coordination of proof-of-concepts with strategic customers, ensuring precise identification of requirements and successful delivery on their success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive materials that empower the presales team to operate more efficiently and effectively, fostering reusability and knowledge sharing.

Presales Solutions Architect – West/Central USA

Manager

• Location: Eastern or Central U.S. time zones; hybrid schedule possible near office locations
• Renewal Manager to own, drive and lead renewal process for Moveworks customers; collaborate with accounts team to minimize attrition and protect contracts
• Requires comprehensive understanding of SaaS contracting and ability to articulate current and future value
• What will you do? – Achieve revenue targets by negotiating renewals; engage with key decision makers; maximize growth opportunities on renewal; collaborate with internal resources to plan renewals; maintain rolling forecast
• What do you bring? – 5+ years in enterprise software sales / account management / customer success; strong negotiation and retention skills; quotas; detail-oriented; strong communication; adaptable
• Base Compensation Range: $60,000 - $115,000

Renewals Manager

Site Reliability Engineer

• Secure Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure and environments (which includes FedRAMP compliant environment) consisting of applications, containers, virtual machines and cloud infrastructure.
• Vulnerability Management: Collaborate with teams to remediate and mitigate identified vulnerabilities. Also, work with the security team to assess vulnerabilities as well as identify potential security risks and weaknesses in the system.
• Security Automation: Develop and maintain security automation tools and scripts to streamline security processes and patch management as well as ensure consistent application of security controls across deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
• Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly, perform root cause analysis, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
• Security Audits and Compliance: Assist in security audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address any security-related findings.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with developers and security teams to identify security requirements and implement appropriate solutions. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of security practices, standards, and procedures.
