About the role
- Location: Eastern or Central U.S. time zones; hybrid schedule possible near office locations
- Renewal Manager to own, drive and lead renewal process for Moveworks customers; collaborate with accounts team to minimize attrition and protect contracts
- Requires comprehensive understanding of SaaS contracting and ability to articulate current and future value
- What will you do? – Achieve revenue targets by negotiating renewals; engage with key decision makers; maximize growth opportunities on renewal; collaborate with internal resources to plan renewals; maintain rolling forecast
- What do you bring? – 5+ years in enterprise software sales / account management / customer success; strong negotiation and retention skills; quotas; detail-oriented; strong communication; adaptable
- Base Compensation Range: $60,000 - $115,000
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as part of an enterprise software sales, account management, or customer success team with experience working with mid-sized to large customers
- Strong negotiation skills with experience driving contracts to completion including navigating contracting and procurement cycles
- Experience in a quota carrying sales role with a consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
- Strong process management, financial acumen, and contractual engineering skills
- An uncanny attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment with a willingness to learn and an openness to giving and receiving feedback
- An interest in and ability to grow business with a strategic mindset
- Bachelor’s degree
