About the role

  • Partner with top-tier financial institutions as a trusted ally and advocate
  • Build strong internal relationships and champion customer needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, and Leadership
  • Manage relationships with C-suite executives and buying influencers
  • Define and refine Customer Success strategies for enterprise-level financial institutions
  • Deeply understand the Verafin product suite and map customer needs to solutions
  • Organize and conduct meetings, document outcomes, and ensure accountability
  • Communicate and advocate for key initiatives to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Help customers optimize their use of the application
  • Provide successors with historical info to ensure smooth account transitions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in managing customer relationships
  • Passion for communicating with customers and uncovering their needs
  • Confident, articulate, and professional communication abilities
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple levels within a customer’s organization, including C-suite
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities
  • High-level critical thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of customer retention
  • Comfortable delivering difficult messages and handling conflict
  • Experience with Tier 1 account management is a valuable asset
