About the role
- Key player on the Talent team ensuring accurate administration of global benefits programs and supporting implementations
- Support the administration of employee benefits across the globe
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees, assisting them with benefits and leave of absence inquiries and helping them resolve issues
- Administer leave of absence processes with TriNet and partner with People Ops, HR Business Partners, and Payroll teams on employee leave matters
- Support the rollout of new and enhanced benefits programs globally
- Assist with expected acquisition preparation and planning
- Partner with benefits brokers and vendors as needed
- Assist with benefit plan renewals, including the annual US open enrollment process
- Identify and improve internal processes for increased efficiency
- Create and maintain employee resources and content on internal intranet site
- Prepare and update documentation of benefits programs, processes and procedures
- Support special projects as needed
- Fixed-term contractor role through 2026-01-31
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role, preferably with global benefits exposure
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to navigate complex benefits and leave of absence matters
- Experience in high-volume benefits administration is a plus
