About the role
- Ensure key customers realize maximum value from Evisort through comprehensive adoption and value engagements
- Deliver high-touch, curated experiences for Evisort’s key accounts with medium to high complexity
- Act as key advisor aligning Evisort features with customers' legal and procurement objectives
- Develop and maintain adoption plans with clear, measurable goals and KPIs
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning services and offerings to customer objectives
- Analyze data to prioritize and drive resolution of diverse customer situations
- Prepare and deliver executive briefings and reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities
- Liaise between product management and customers to communicate the Evisort roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create seamless customer experiences and build champions
- Expected in 3-6 months: proficient product knowledge, manage 30-45 US customers, prioritized adoption and renewal strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, and/or Engagement Management, managing complex enterprise relationships
- 5+ years experience in customer management within a software or SaaS environment, focusing on growth, adoption, retention
- 5+ years Contracts Management experience required
- 5+ years experience in legal, legal operations, commercial contracting, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Consistent track record collaborating and building positive relationships with executive-level customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to chair meetings with executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functionally (Sales, Services, Product Management)
- Empathetic, positive attitude; highly organized and customer intuitive
- Ability to travel up to 10%
