Procurement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, guiding them from onboarding and document collection (W-9s, banking info) through to partnering with Accounts Payable to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Manage the daily procurement request queue from intake to completion, ensuring requests are accurate and moving forward without delay, while proactively monitoring for bottlenecks to improve overall cycle times.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams by assisting them through the procurement process, while also providing first-line system support for both internal users and external vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners (Legal, IT Security, Finance) to track critical documents like Statement of Works and security reports, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Maintain meticulous data accuracy for all requests, contracts, and vendor records within the procurement system, and assist in generating reports on key metrics to provide insights to the team.
• Proactively analyze request trends and system data to identify and act on opportunities for process improvements, automation, or clearer guidance for all stakeholders.

Procurement Operations Analyst

• Facilitate and coordinate with outside tax consultants the preparation, review and submission of the all required company tax filings, including: Sales Tax, 1099, VAT/GST, Withholding taxes and other indirect taxes.
• Manage and facilitate indirect tax related audits and projects: preparing responses, creating schedules, reviewing memos, etc.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary indirect and international taxes.
• Plan for and develop overall return calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with tax team.
• Maintain and prepare all general ledger accounts and oversee the preparation and recording of all required tax related filings, journal entries and reconciliations (includes Corporate Taxes).
• Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process. Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

Indirect Tax Manager

Controller

• Manage Global Finance Functions: Oversee accounting, billing/collections, and payroll teams across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Manage consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP, implement new accounting standards, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Audit & Reporting: Direct preparation of financial statements, audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors.

Chief of Staff

• Drive the CEO’s agenda by aligning company priorities with the most material value-creation opportunities.

• Primary advisor to APAC sales leaders on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations
• Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
• Support annual planning cycles including goaling, coverage model revisions, territory design, and cascading our financial plan
• Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews and monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and regional teams to build and execute a strong field marketing strategy that fills the top of the funnel pipeline, using a variety of tactics including on and offline events, local campaigns (e.g. ABM), and co-marketing with partners

• Serve as the go-to domain expert for the vulnerability management program and lead triage and mitigation of vulnerabilities from HackerOne, Detectify, and GitHub Advanced Security

• This role will be a critical member of the Professional Services team, helping our enterprise customers integrate Mixpanel into complex technical architectures.
• You will be the technical expert responsible for ensuring that customer data flows into Mixpanel accurately and efficiently, enabling them to unlock the full value of our platform.
• Collaborate with customer data teams to understand their data architecture and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems and customer data platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to ingest data from various customer sources into Mixpanel. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data ingestion, APIs, and SDKs.
• Develop and implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data sent to Mixpanel.
• Develop tooling, methodologies, and collateral to sell & deliver consistently across the enterprise book - building repeatable frameworks to be utilized by Customer Success and partners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and reusable assets for our customers and internal teams.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales process as it relates to Professional Services.

Forward Deployed Engineer

• This role will be a critical member of the Professional Services team, helping our enterprise customers integrate Mixpanel into complex technical architectures. Mixpanel takes a consultative approach to selling - and you will look holistically at customer problems and find optimal ways to help customers make better and more efficient decisions.
• You will be the technical expert responsible for ensuring that customer data flows into Mixpanel accurately and efficiently, enabling them to unlock the full value of our platform. This role will work closely with customers to understand their data infrastructure, design scalable data solutions, and provide hands-on technical guidance. Internally, you will partner with the Go-to-Market team (Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success) to support technical implementations and with our Product and Engineering teams to share field insights that will shape our product strategy.
• Your primary objectives will be to act as a trusted advisor to customers and help them achieve their business outcomes, while ensuring the success of Mixpanel as measured by your impact to ARR and Services Revenue.
• Collaborate with customer data teams to understand their data architecture and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems and customer data platforms. Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, guiding them through custom integration and implementation requirements.
