• Design and deliver live, scaled 1:many training webinars covering various Mitratech HR Solutions across all client and partner segments
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to plan and execute partner-sponsored client trainings tailored to specific audiences
• Develop asynchronous training content including Articulate eLearning courses, instructional videos, support articles, one-pagers, and email enablement campaigns
• Manage and triage an internal training request queue, prioritizing requests by urgency and impact and ensuring timely delivery of content and support
• Collect and analyze training engagement data, registration and attendance metrics, and post-training feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and identify gaps

Full-stack Engineer

• Drive technical direction for a significant product domain or platform capability, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs

Operations

• Respond to law firm inquiries via support tickets and phone calls, delivering timely and professional service

Collections

• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding invoices.
• Take the initiative to contact clients early to encourage timely payments.
• Contact clients to ask about their overdue accounts/invoices.
• Investigate historical data for each outstanding invoice and work on getting these settled by working closely with the billing team.
• Resolve billing and customer payment case inquiries.

• Execute day-to-day campaigns across paid digital channels including paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (LinkedIn), display, and programmatic retargeting for the GRC portfolio
• Manage and optimise budget allocation across paid channels to support pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and return on ad spend, reporting results to senior leadership on a regular cadence
• Support organic social media activity across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, contributing to a content calendar in partnership with the content and brand teams to build audience, drive engagement, and support GRC brand visibility
• Build, test, and optimise campaign creative, audience targeting, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates across the funnel, from first click through to marketing qualified lead

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, email, and web-based support portal to provide solutions
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues within response and resolution goals.  As needed, identify workarounds and communicate to customers
• Provide solutions where issues are identified via the self-service portal
• Maintain detailed call and email records for all customer interactions
• Prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements and severities
• Responsible for meeting customer satisfaction goals monthly

Product Support Specialist

• Handle up to eight new cases per day across email, phone, chat, and a self-service portal — most issues are transactional and solvable in one or two steps
• Take inbound phone calls in English, troubleshoot live, and occasionally jump on a quick video call to see the customer's screen and resolve the issue together
• Learn our e-billing application end-to-end; once you've built that product knowledge, you'll be certified to administer the platform directly — a real expansion of responsibility
• Log every interaction clearly in Salesforce, keeping case records accurate and easy for the whole team to follow
• Prioritise cases by SLA and severity, communicate workarounds when needed, and flag patterns that the team should know about
