QA Engineer

• Review system requirements and design documents, then create, execute and document detailed, accurate test cases
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on our customer facing websites-both desktop and mobile
• Keep the Manual test case repository updated with the current state of project requirements
• Work on automating test cases that can be automated to improve test cycles
• Participate in the Scrum Squad project structure (e.g., Attend scrum meetings, plan, and provide estimation).
• Work with stakeholders and Product Owners to understand evolving project requirements and build test plans/test cases
• Log / Track bug tickets identified during different test phases and work with developers to ensure proper resolution

• Keep Jira updated with status of assigned tickets, add required information while reopening or closing the tickets so that it can referenced when required.

Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer

Project Manager

• Oversee a Range of Implementation Projects – Prepare and deliver customer implementation project plans, clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and other key stakeholders, and provide detailed account walkthroughs.
• Develop Customized Training Plans – Maintain strong knowledge of MealSuite systems and offerings and use it to prepare training plans as needed to be executed by members of the Training team.
• Ensure Customers Receive Superior Service – Develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customer stakeholders by educating customers on MealSuite’s toolkit, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.
• Maintain Customer Communication Channels – Document customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in internal systems, and communicate salient information to stakeholders as needed.

Implementation Project Coordinator

Account Manager

• Drive expansion revenue across an assigned portfolio by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities based on usage patterns, operational maturity, and customer needs.
• Conduct structured business reviews that highlight value delivered and uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Build strategic account plans and maintain relationships with operational and regional decisionmakers, especially within multilocation groups.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify triggers for expansion, adoption gaps, and whitespace opportunities.
• Create pricing proposals, maintain clear close plans, and execute deals with strong Salesforce discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate expansion efforts with channel partners, supporting joint outreach and accurately tracking partner influenced revenue.
• Work cross functionally with Implementation, Product, and Support to ensure expansion feasibility and smooth handoff of new deals.
• Share industry and customer insights to help inform product direction and competitive positioning.
• Maintain 100% CRM compliance and deliver detailed weekly forecasts with supporting strategy.

• Develop a consultative relationship with each customer and work in conjunction with other MealSuite teams and SMEs to provide solution planning and execution by way of regularly scheduled touchpoints with key stakeholders.
• Proactively connect with your customers to assess the health of their account and to identify future needs and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a key stakeholder during the implementation phase and facilitate the transition from Onboarding to Customer Success.
• Partner with your counterpart in Sales (Account Management) to identify Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQL’s) for expansion and growth and work together on the best approach to manage said qualified leads.
• Manage escalations alongside your colleagues in Customer Experience by being the central communication point for the customer, over and above regular communication channels from other teams.
• Proactively identify red flags and risks, and escalation appropriately within all stakeholders within MealSuite.
• Actively manage the customer relationship and the lifetime value of customers across a large and diverse assigned customer base.
• Develop and manage customers’ success plans that articulate customer success goals, customer success measurement criteria, obstacles, and risks.
• Coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled business reviews with the customer leadership and support teams, which leverage the Value Realization framework.
• Be the voice of the customer internally by making recommendations and influencing key decisions that will positively impact the customer.
• Mentor your customers on best practices and be the point person for training needs as required.
• Drive product adoption by setting adoption and engagement usage targets with the customer that support their goals.

Marketing

• Own logistics for all tradeshows, in-person and digital events, including venue coordination, shipping, booth setup, promotional items, webinar logistics, and lead capture.
• Collaborate with the Creative Content Manager to develop event assets aligned to personas and segments and collaborate with the Account Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted experiences, live user groups or regional events to support growth goals.
• Facilitate tradeshow marketing initiative execution, such as photo/video capture, customer testimonial interviews, competitive landscape research and special social events.
• Track timelines, budget, and project execution details relating to tradeshows, and maintain the master event calendar and ensure stakeholders alignment.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying and applying for experiential marketing opportunities (sponsorships, in-person & online, speaking engagements) that drive awareness and engagement.

Experiential Marketing Manager
