Business Intelligence Developer

• Analyze contact center data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Lead the development and automation of performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting across AI, RPA, and digital initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear insights and visualizations that inform strategic decision-making at the leadership level
• Define, track, and validate value realization metrics for automation programs
• Integrate and analyze data across Salesforce, Five9, Verint Cloud, and AI platforms

• Interpret protocols from a financial perspective
• Develop clinical trial budgets, negotiate pricing, and present budget proposals to executive management
• Create new budgets in Excel based upon Sarah Cannon cost and charge information
• Negotiate budgets with Sponsors/CROs for favorable outcomes
• Maintain and communicate budget status to executive management
• Proactively solicit input from clinical staff and management for timely clarifications

• Oversee marketing tech stack (marketing automation platform), optimize workflows, manage budget and ensure data integrity for campaign execution
• Partner closely with Salesforce team to develop scalable architecture for omni-channel experiences and lifecycle marketing
• Lead the development, implementation, execution and enhancements of existing and new patient experiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud

• Manage segmentation strategy, personalization planning, and implementation of attribution models
• Lead oversight of lifecycle and campaign strategy, ensure content resonance, monitor outcomes, and drive optimization of performance
• Collaborate with product, sales, engineering and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals, such as product revenue growth, demand generation, member engagement and customer retention
• Work with legal, compliance and privacy to ensure requirements are met
• Manage marketing operations team, mentor for career development, foster a customer-first culture, and manage change within a dynamic environment
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and data privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA)
