Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the creation of the valuation analysis for M&A opportunities
Actively manages the M&A due diligence process
Communicates key operating and valuation drivers to senior leadership
Own the preparation of financial schedules included in M&A to Senior Leadership and Board of Directors
Develops relationships with relevant internal stakeholders across the enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires 10 years of experience
5+ years Valuation, M&A and transaction advisory experience
Capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
Good understanding of transaction documents
Financial reporting knowledge including: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
Exceptional financial modeling skills including: weighted average cost of capital (WACC) calculation, discounted cash flow modeling, market multiple analysis, leveraged buyout analysis
Exceptional communications skills
Excellent PC skills with a solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Preference in having experience using Capital IQ
