Drive process improvement initiatives
Support the development of tools and processes linking Six Sigma services with business strategy
Manage relationships with a segment of the business
Oversee project funnel
Align initiatives across service teams
Establish intake and governance process for resource optimization
Lead cross-functional teams on complex projects
Monitor and communicate results of process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of relevant project management experience
Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt Required, Black Belt highly preferred)
Proven track record of results from the application of process improvement methodologies
Financial understanding and business acumen
Ability to motivate and influence at all levels of the organization
Analytic mindset including interpretation, analysis, and evaluation of report and data
Ability to facilitate and communicate effectively in a hybrid environment
Basic knowledge of SQL and Power Automate is a plus (or other relational database management & automation platforms)
Project Management Institute (PMP) certification is a plus
