Sales Engineer

• Reporting to the Head of Sales Engineering
• Responsible for all aspects of application and sales duties for assigned customer accounts
• Interface with individuals at customer locations and various MAHLE plants
• Develop customer strategy and manage customer accounts
• Coordinate product development projects
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, and pricing proposals
• Track purchase orders and commercial activities
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic input

Project Manager

• Lead the MAHLE Powertrain and Charging NA project management team
• Ensure successful execution of product development projects
• Oversee budgets, resources, and escalations
• Manage and analyze resources, budgets, deviations in alignment with the Top Management
• Act as a focal point for all commercial discussions/negotiations for the assigned customer accounts
• Report on performance achievement to directors and identifies areas of opportunity and risk
• Drive and Support a global knowledge transfer about “best practice”
• Perform competitive landscape analysis

Head of Project Management

Sales

• Responsible for budgets (especially turnover budget), forecasting, cost control and planning
• Responsible for sales activities to ensure profitability of product portfolio by managing sales prices and commercial policies and related SG&A
• Contribute and motivate other departments in business improvement and corrective measures to meet forecast
• Organizing regular meetings with MAHLE internal sales colleagues worldwide and sales agents and lead the business expansion

• Oversee quality management within the HR SSC by defining KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Proactively identify risks to service delivery and coordinate recovery actions.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls and local regulations.
• Coach and enable HR SSC teams and managers through performance feedback and training initiatives.
• Support stakeholder engagement and contribute to service expansion and new initiatives.

• Manage all aspects of the customer base to develop additional new business
• Establish effective, long-term relationships
• Lead business planning and strategy determination for sales growth
• Perform market research on various products & competitors
• Make recommendations on sales promotions
• Interact with key cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain
• Provide training on MAHLE product technology as needed
