About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support global daily operations of the Global CoE for Engagement & Belonging, including coordination and documentation
  • Maintain and update Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement content across internal platforms (e.g., website, HR Brandhub)
  • Prepare, adapt, and deploy marketing materials such as content, graphics, and images for global use
  • Assist with communication and event-related tasks, including consent management, mailings, and distribution lists
  • Manage user access for collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams channels)
  • Process purchase orders, expense settlements, and invoicing for external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with employee surveys, ideally in an international environment
  • Solid experience in structuring and managing large volumes of data
  • Strong business acumen and experience with stakeholders at different levels
  • Experience in working in international projects and/or organizations
  • Business fluent in English
  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
