About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support global daily operations of the Global CoE for Engagement & Belonging, including coordination and documentation
- Maintain and update Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement content across internal platforms (e.g., website, HR Brandhub)
- Prepare, adapt, and deploy marketing materials such as content, graphics, and images for global use
- Assist with communication and event-related tasks, including consent management, mailings, and distribution lists
- Manage user access for collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams channels)
- Process purchase orders, expense settlements, and invoicing for external vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with employee surveys, ideally in an international environment
- Solid experience in structuring and managing large volumes of data
- Strong business acumen and experience with stakeholders at different levels
- Experience in working in international projects and/or organizations
- Business fluent in English
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
