About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region
  • Help optimize HR processes and systems
  • Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams, translating business needs into digital solutions
  • Support and enhance HR IT systems, including requirements gathering, testing, releases, and change requests
  • Focus on UKG and SAP HCM
  • Work closely with international stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, HR IT, Global CoEs, and external partners
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and user support
  • Bring a consultative mindset while taking ownership and maintaining a hands-on approach to implementation and problem-solving.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments
  • Good understanding of HR processes and hands-on experience with UKG and SAP HCM; SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Fluent in English.
