About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Core team member in VA/VE workshops and key interface between Controlling and Commercial Planning
Contribution to idea generation, escalation, and implementation of initiatives
End-to-end ownership of all VA/VE-related controlling topics and coordination with plant controlling
Reporting of VA/VE measures in relevant systems
Follow-up on actions and knowledge transfer across teams
Identification of current and future requirements, technologies, and tools for VA/VE financial analysis
Participation in special projects within Product Controlling or EU Controlling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Controlling) or a comparable qualification, with 3+ years of experience in Controlling
Strong expertise in product costing, portfolio analysis, and project controlling; automotive industry experience is a plus
Advanced MS Excel and SAP, Power BI skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights
Proactive team player with strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Analytical, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset; fluent English required, German is a plus
