• Processing of new adviser applications
• Assisting the Agencies Co-ordinator with creation of new agencies with financial product providers
• Coordinating with product providers and Sandringham Directors to complete new terms of business
• Collating and tracking new agency requests
• Creation of necessary system logins to allow new adviser to carry out new business
• Assisting the Transfer Co-Ordinator to transfer client data and client fees to Sandringham
• Creation of client transfer paperwork using mail merge functionality
• Collating, scanning and processing returned client paperwork
• Sending client paperwork to product providers and tracking and following up unprocessed items
• Keeping all communication saved and tracked
• Regularly updating new advisers on progress
• Other ad hoc duties that arise on a week-by-week basis

• Accountable for working with the Front Office Application support team.
• Accountable to work with business users to identify concerns or areas for improvement in their workflows and work with Aladdin ASM, BlackRock and Aladdin Change managers on the resolution.
• Accountable for understanding the entire Trade Life Cycle and prioritize the issue based on criticality.
• Responsible for Incident Management within the Front Office area.
• Responsible for working with Front Office Application support to drive Service Improvement.
• Responsible to drive prioritization for the Front Office book of work.
• Responsible for championing the use of Aladdin throughout the business.

Solutions Engineer

• Produce end-to-end solution designs covering ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic layers and consumption patterns across BI/MI, analytics and operational integration needs
• Translate business outcomes into clear data product definitions, including scope, SLAs, controls, non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Embed data governance, data security and privacy controls into solution designs from inception
• Provide design assurance through delivery by running walkthroughs, advising squads and ensuring design decisions are applied consistently
• Develop, maintain and contribute to reference architectures, reusable patterns, templates and design documentation
• Define integration approaches across APIs, events and file-based interfaces
• Support governance forums such as Data Design Forum, Technical Design Authority, by providing architecture/design reviews and release governance

Data Platform Solution Architect

Consultant

• Support the definition, delivery, and launch of new products from an operational and reconciliations perspective.
• Work closely with the change and project teams to ensure banking, cash flows, and reconciliation requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented.
• Design, define, and document end-to-end reconciliation processes for new products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and appropriate controls.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of Business Process Maps (BPMs) covering reconciliation and associated operational activities.
• Ensure reconciliations are set up correctly within relevant systems, including TLM, and aligned to agreed operating models.
• Identify and mitigate operational and reconciliation risks associated with new product launches.
• Support testing activities, including reconciliation validation and defect resolution, prior to go-live.
