About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide expert-level support across Oracle Finance Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany, and BPM Approvals.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (R2R) lifecycle.
  • Analyse and resolve ServiceNow tickets, adhering to SLAs.
  • Support version upgrades and lead service reviews with vendor.
  • Promote awareness of audit and compliance principles in daily operations of the team.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for business users regarding Oracle Fusion-related queries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
  • Allocate and supervise work across team members, ensuring balanced workloads and timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion: In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • ERP Experience: Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Finance ERP application support, maintenance, or implementation.
  • Configuration Proficiency: Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams, including task allocation and performance supervision.
  • Domain Exposure: Background in captive organizations within the banking, insurance, or financial services sectors.
  • Innovation & Technology: Exposure to AI enablement within Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In any discipline, preferably in Finance or IT.
  • Postgraduate Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent certifications.
  • Professional Certifications: Oracle certifications in P2P or R2R modules. Additional credentials such as CBAP, PMP, or certifications in Business Transformation or Finance Functional domains are a plus.
