About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management of the post sale pricing process
  • Compliance with all contractual terms
  • Management of the CPS post sale pricing
  • Completion of all key controls
  • Validation of the output from the pricing team
  • Production of sign off documents for the CPS MD
  • Key point of contact for the development of methodology for all CPS member option calculations
  • Own the Matching Adjustment deal approval process
  • Broader support within the CRS Operations team to deliver and maintain BPA business
  • Development of scalable solutions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation
  • Provide management information to appropriate governance forums
  • Support the delivery of other elements of the CPS business plan

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical actuarial skills
  • Qualified actuary preferred, however we welcome part qualified candidates to apply
  • Problem solving skills
  • Financial Services & Insurance knowledge, especially around defined benefit pension de-risking, with profits and reinsurance
  • Experience of managing a number of internal parties to ensure delivery of contractual deliverables
  • Passion for the customer
  • Pension Technical knowledge
  • Effective written and presentation skills
  • High degree of honesty, integrity and discretion
