About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of the post sale pricing process
Compliance with all contractual terms
Management of the CPS post sale pricing
Completion of all key controls
Validation of the output from the pricing team
Production of sign off documents for the CPS MD
Key point of contact for the development of methodology for all CPS member option calculations
Own the Matching Adjustment deal approval process
Broader support within the CRS Operations team to deliver and maintain BPA business
Development of scalable solutions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through innovation
Provide management information to appropriate governance forums
Support the delivery of other elements of the CPS business plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical actuarial skills
Qualified actuary preferred, however we welcome part qualified candidates to apply
Problem solving skills
Financial Services & Insurance knowledge, especially around defined benefit pension de-risking, with profits and reinsurance
Experience of managing a number of internal parties to ensure delivery of contractual deliverables
Passion for the customer
Pension Technical knowledge
Effective written and presentation skills
High degree of honesty, integrity and discretion
