Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to design and develop the product’s functionalities.
• You build it, you own it: together with other team members, be responsible for the whole lifecycle of our product and features, from the conception, specification, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Build modular, efficient and scalable systems using React and Python/Django following standards and best practices, with guidance of more experienced engineers when needed.
• Evaluate trade-offs of different solutions, collaborating to address both technical and business needs.
• Discuss good practices for software development and feel comfortable suggesting contributions to our set of internal guidelines and shared code.

Software Engineer, Full Stack

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Software Engineers to design and develop the product’s functionalities
• Together with other team members, work in the whole lifecycle of our product and features, from the conception, specification, development, testing, and maintenance
• Build modern, efficient, modular, and tested user interfaces using React
• Build scalable backend solutions using Python and Django
• Learn and discuss good practices for software development and feel comfortable taking suggestions and contributions from other experienced developers
• Participate in technical discussions within and outside your team and be open to receiving feedback.

Full Stack Engineer – Entry Level

Sales

• Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy for OpenDock and its complementary product suite, driving market penetration and revenue growth across LATAM through both direct customer engagement and channel partnerships
• Lead the expansion of our LATAM presence by building a strong pipeline and implementing sales strategies that support hypergrowth targets
• Hire and develop a Business Development Representative, with plans to continue scaling the LATAM team in alignment with revenue growth
• Oversee full-funnel sales execution, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new customers
• Establish and maintain repeatable, data-driven sales processes, ensuring adoption of tools, CRM best practices, and consistent reporting standards
• Partner with Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and campaign strategies tailored to the LATAM market
• Align with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and long-term retention initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance to define pricing strategies, manage discount approvals, and forecast revenue accurately
• Work with the Account Management team to identify and execute account growth opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells
• Partner closely with Managed Transportation and Brokerage sales leadership to drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the broader portfolio

• Transformar ideias experimentais em novas soluções, produtos e conceitos usando TypeScript e Python
• Discutir e contribuir com as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de software e diretrizes internas
• Revisar pull requests e participar de code reviews

🎯 Requisitos

• Frontend: 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de UI, conhecimento aprofundado de JavaScript, HTML5, CSS e Vue
• Backend: 3+ anos de experiência construindo soluções backend usando frameworks como NestJS, Django, Laravel ou Rails
• Experiência com linguagens orientadas a objetos, como TypeScript e Python
• Experiência escrevendo e mantendo testes unitários, de integração e end-to-end usando frameworks como Jest, Playwright ou Cypress
• Experiência com PostgreSQL e em construir/fazer deploy de soluções backend usando NestJS
• Experiência em construir interfaces de usuário modernas, eficientes, modulares e testadas usando HTML5, SCSS, TypeScript e Vue 3
• Troubleshooting: capacidade de identificar e resolver bugs e problemas no código
• Impacto no negócio: compreensão de como o trabalho influencia o valor para o cliente e os resultados do negócio
• Curiosidade: vontade de aprender novas tecnologias e avaliar trade-offs
• Deve ser capaz de trabalhar remotamente a partir do Brasil
