• Manage production of 20-25 SEO-optimized articles per month by coordinating with freelance writers, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify content opportunities and create detailed content briefs with target keywords, search intent, and competitive analysis

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing sales training for customer and carrier-facing brokerage teams
• Create compelling, cross-functional content including playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, competitive guidance, sales-ready materials, and customer-facing narratives.
• Compile, organize, and centralize training content from across the organization into a cohesive, up-to-date enablement hub
• Create short-form learning assets recorded coaching, video role-plays, microlearning modules, practice scenarios, assessments, and facilitator guides.

• Work with the customer's Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure timely updates and accurate information
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their TMS is consistently updated promptly and accurately
• Utilize phone, email, SMS, and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carrier partners and drivers to confirm and track in-progress load events
• Consistently meet performance expectations in both service and tracking
