Financial Crime

• Conduct important financial crime screening checks and investigations into new applicants and existing customers
• Use screening tools to match customer data against PEPs & Sanctions lists and use initiative to determine the risks associated with the application/customer
• Review customer profile information and transactional activity to identify financial crime risks, and take appropriate action on the account
• Submit internal Suspicious Activity Reports in instances where suspicious activity has been identified
• As the business grows, you may be required to take on additional tasks to support the Financial Crime Team
• Work in the office 3 days per week
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, with a one hour lunch break
• Work one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) once every 4 weeks, and have two weekdays off in lieu

Operations

• Own your function end-to-end: Embed deeply into your function, map current processes, and redesign them from first principles. Identify automation opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies and ensure the function consistently evidences good customer outcomes that align with the FCA’s Consumer Duty. Be the person who understands this part of the business better than anyone.
• Drive operational improvement through data: Pull and interpret data yourself to surface insights that improve how the function performs. Define the metrics that matter, build the monitoring to track them, and translate findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

• As an excellent communicator, you will quickly build relationships with customers and other departments across Lendable to understand customer friction points and come to fair and objective decisions.
• You will be able to self manage a varied and complex caseload, identifying best contact mechanisms for customers and prioritising cases where appropriate to be highly productive and efficient, and to maintain the required level of performance against our KPI minimum standards.
• You will champion using our AI tools and technology to bring a first class service to our customers.
• You will work closely with the Complaints Team, to resolve complaints about our loans, cards and auto-finance products, as well as be responsible for feeding back to both frontline and product teams on product and process improvements across the Operations Team and wider Lendable business.

• Own delivery of significant React features on the Zable website, taking work from idea and technical design through to implementation, release and follow up based on data and feedback.
