About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of core IT systems
- Architect, build and maintain scripts, automations, and integrations between SaaS platforms and internal services
- Support InfoSec and compliance across the IT estate
- Ability to produce and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality technical implementations
- Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, or a similar hands-on technical role, with strong experience across scripting, automation, and systems administration.
- Strong experience managing MDM and endpoint platforms across a MacOS first fleet, in addition to Windows and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience running Okta and our VPN / secure remote access as code.
- Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and improving IT systems, SaaS integrations, and network-connected services in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Okta Workflows, or comparable low-code orchestration.
- A pragmatic, service-minded approach with strong user empathy and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
