AML Ops Lead – Transaction Monitoring

• Run the day-to-day BSA/AML operation: SAR quality, FinCEN regulatory reporting, and transaction monitoring, escalating material issues and deputising for the CCO when they are out.

• Reconcile transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records, including identifying transactions that are complex in nature.
