Product Marketing

• As a Product Marketing Intern, you’ll help bring Leapsome’s story to life for the German market and beyond by creating and localizing the collateral our GTM teams rely on—and by learning how AI can scale modern product marketing along the way.
• Build and adapt core product marketing collateral: pitch deck slides, one-pagers, sales narratives, website copy, and campaign assets that GTM teams use every day.
• Translate and localize content for the German market to native-level quality—ensuring tone, examples, and product proof points resonate with German buyers, not just survive machine translation.
• Support GTM enablement: help prepare live training sessions, create and maintain process documentation, and keep our enablement library tidy and easy to navigate for Sales and Customer Success.
• Use AI tools (Claude Cowork, internal AI agents, image and copy assistants) to scale content production without sacrificing brand voice, accuracy, or taste.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand & Content to gather product context, customer proof, and competitive insight, then turn that into clear, on-brand assets.
• Own focused projects end-to-end: briefing, drafting, feedback rounds, launch, and a fast learning loop afterward.

Product Marketing Intern, German-speaking

Performance Marketing

• Media Buying
• - Hands-on keyboard experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• - Experience building full-funnel campaigns (Brand Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retargeting).
• - Write, test, and optimize ad copy to drive continuous performance improvements.
• - Proven ability to manage paid media budgets, including forecasting and budgeting for paid channels.
• - Proficient at turning data into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
• - Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams to develop effective campaigns.
• Creative Strategy
• - Lead the creative learning agenda with a focus on performance acquisition, creative strategy, and development.
• - Write high-converting creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house design teams.
• - Strong project management and communication skills to manage and direct static and video editing reviews, with close attention to transitions, text placements, hooks, and similar details.
• - Drive continuous innovation by integrating creative performance insights, creative trends (paid and organic), and customer insights.
• - Experience conducting creative research using platforms like Ads Library and performing deep-dives into customer research.
• - Curious and proactive in exploring and applying AI tools for generative creatives, ad copy, and workflow improvements.

Performance Marketing Specialist, German-speaking

• We’re looking for a Paid Social & Search Specialist to help drive the next stage of our customer acquisition.
• You’ll be managing paid search and paid social campaigns, working across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
• You’ll be hands-on in building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns — using data to guide decisions while also contributing to the creative strategies that power performance.
• This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working end-to-end: from writing and testing ad copy and creatives, to shaping full funnel media buying strategies.
• You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape how we grow and engage with our customers.

German speaking Paid Social & Search Specialist

Account Manager

• Proactively manage customer relationships to minimize churn, identify expansion opportunities, and execute cross-selling strategies that align with customer needs while achieving commercial targets
• Own customer renewals and drive net revenue retention across your book of business
• Create the best SaaS customer experience, advise on HR best practices, and drive continued adoption
• Support customers to rollout additional parts of the platform later and enable them to have the best possible impact by using Leapsome
• Monitor and improve customer success KPIs including NRR, GRR, customer health scores, adoption rates, and time-to-value
• Work to make customer success processes and structures scalable as we grow
• Leverage customer success platforms and CRM tools to track engagement and proactively identify at-risk accounts
• Gather feedback and user stories directly from our customers, come up with ideas to improve the product
• Work closely with the product and engineering team to constantly improve the product (You actively contribute to our product roadmap!)

Customer Success Manager – Account Manager, Mid-Market

Customer Support

• Support German- and English-speaking customers via email with clarity, empathy, and technical depth
• Own tickets end-to-end — from first response to resolution — ensuring timely and effective outcomes
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues to identify root causes
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to surface recurring issues and drive fixes
• Contribute to internal documentation, self-service resources, and ongoing process improvements
• Run office hours to empower customers with product knowledge
• Actively use and experiment with AI tools to optimize workflows, automate insights, and elevate support quality

German Speaking Product Support Specialist – Berlin

Account Executive

• You’ll own the full sales cycle for our high-velocity segment (companies with 10–49 employees), a fast-growing customer base with strong interest in our solution.
• Your mission is to identify and convert the right opportunities quickly and thoughtfully into delighted customers.
• Own the sales process from first contact to closed deal: qualifying leads, running compelling demos, negotiating, and closing, all within a ~30-day sales cycle.
• Manage a high volume of opportunities efficiently through a semi-automated, well-structured process.
• Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and tailor your approach to each customer’s unique context.
• Prioritize effectively to focus on deals most likely to close and bring long-term value.
• Collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process, using data and feedback to work smarter and boost win rates.
• Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear timelines.
• Contribute to smooth initial implementation for new customers.

• Own team quota performance, ensuring consistent pipeline growth, deal execution, and revenue delivery.
• Hire, onboard, and coach on Sales fundamentals talent to build a high-performing, customer-centric sales team.
• Drive productivity through process excellence, leveraging AI (automation, tools, and best practices) to enable your team to delight and partner with new customers in an increasingly scalable and efficient way. This is a core pillar of our strategy to grow impact and will be fundamental to the role.
