About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Product Marketing Intern, you’ll help bring Leapsome’s story to life for the German market and beyond by creating and localizing the collateral our GTM teams rely on—and by learning how AI can scale modern product marketing along the way.
  • Build and adapt core product marketing collateral: pitch deck slides, one-pagers, sales narratives, website copy, and campaign assets that GTM teams use every day.
  • Translate and localize content for the German market to native-level quality—ensuring tone, examples, and product proof points resonate with German buyers, not just survive machine translation.
  • Support GTM enablement: help prepare live training sessions, create and maintain process documentation, and keep our enablement library tidy and easy to navigate for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Use AI tools (Claude Cowork, internal AI agents, image and copy assistants) to scale content production without sacrificing brand voice, accuracy, or taste.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand & Content to gather product context, customer proof, and competitive insight, then turn that into clear, on-brand assets.
  • Own focused projects end-to-end: briefing, drafting, feedback rounds, launch, and a fast learning loop afterward.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in studies or recently graduated (any field welcome: marketing, communications, journalism, business, media, linguistics, design, work psychology, etc.), available for a 6-month internship starting around June or July 2026.
  • Native-level German plus professional English, both written and spoken: you can write German copy that reads like it was created by a native marketer, not like a translation.
  • Strong copy and storytelling instincts, supported by at least one example: a prior marketing or content internship, work in a student organization, a side project, your own writing, or a brand/product marketing course—anything that shows you’ve shipped real copy for real audiences.
  • Naturally curious about B2B SaaS and HR tech. You don’t need deep domain expertise yet, but you’re excited to learn how 2,000+ companies use Leapsome and what makes our buyers tick.
  • AI-native by default: you experiment with Claude, ChatGPT, and image/copy tools and are eager to find smart ways to scale content quality and production without flattening the brand.
  • Organized, structured, and self-driven: you enjoy turning vague briefs into shipped artefacts and keep process documentation up to date without being chased.
  • Detail-oriented and brand-aware: you spot inconsistencies, care about voice and tone, and aren’t afraid to push back on copy that doesn’t land.
  • Comfortable working in Berlin and coming to our office at least 2–3 days per week, and excited to join a team that ships fast, learns in public, and gives you real ownership early.
