• Design, build, and maintain backend services that power Experimentation and Release Guardian at scale
• Evaluate and shape new product features from a technical perspective, identifying opportunities, tradeoffs, and implementation paths
• Develop internal APIs that connect customer events to experimentation and release safety workflows
• Collaborate with data pipeline teams to ensure accurate, reliable event processing and delivery

Systems Engineer

• Design integrated, enterprise-grade architectures for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Utilize orchestration platforms (n8n, Clay, Zapier, custom API) for high availability, extensibility, and performance of GTM workflows.
• Design and implement intelligent execution engines using AI to autonomously create personalized content, recommend next-best-actions, and adapt engagement strategies in real time based on behavioral data and contextual signals.
• Create business triggers into real-time workflows. Designs and maintains systems that capture GTM signals (like buyer intent, rep activity, lifecycle changes, and pipeline shifts) for precise and accelerated actions.
