About the role

  • Manage pipeline of video team projects and requests through ideation, planning, production, editing, and publishing processes.\n
  • Generate pitches, storyboards, and production plans for a large variety of video projects based on our content strategy.\n
  • Assist with video production and setup.\n
  • Camera operation for both studio and run-and-gun shoots.\n
  • Utilize digital storytelling, photography, motion graphics, and other creative techniques to develop and build valuable content.\n
  • Identify ways to strategically repurpose current video assets.\n
  • Editing proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.\n
  • Follow market trends and help generate clear and engaging content ideas.\n
  • Collaborate with design, product marketing, content, and other marketing teams to ensure every video aligns with brand standards and delivers strategic value.\n
  • Track video performance and help optimize future content based on data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in video production.\n
  • Ability to self-shoot using multiple camera formats (Cinema, Mirrorless, DSLR).\n
  • Advanced experience with studio as well as run-and-gun shoots.\n
  • Technical knowledge of video processes, camera equipment/settings, and lighting techniques.\n
  • Experience managing multiple, fast-turnaround projects.\n
  • Organized and disciplined production workflow and file management.\n
  • Strong portfolio or reel showcasing storytelling, camera operation, and editing.\n
  • Familiarity with motion graphics workflows and the ability to collaborate with animators/designers.\n
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams and execs.\n
  • Experience with production tools like Frame.io, Asana, etc.\n
  • Bonus if they have tech/SaaS experience, especially relevant to our team environment.\n
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative concepting experience.\n
  • Creativity and ability to use digital storytelling, photography, animation, motion graphics, and other creative techniques to build valuable content.\n
  • Ability to collaborate with instructional designers, copywriters, graphic designers, editors, marketers, and leadership to execute multi-faceted creative concepts.
