• Lead the deployment of business and KONE Way projects at the frontline level

• Promotes adherence to safety practices through leading by example.
• Proactively analyze the data (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities in daily operations to achieve productivity improvement targets.
• Converts analysis into concrete improvement actions in cooperation with Frontlines (FL) / Area / Global.
• Optimize delivery processes from Order to Handover to Service through strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, increase order book rotation and reduce lead times.

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the performance and reliability of MES databases across multiple factory sites
• Perform monthly index analysis and creation for all MES factory sites

• Service and repairs of various types of automatic and industrial doors, gates, barriers and dock levellers

• Perform maintenance and modernisation work to add value to buildings
• Use company van for travel to customer sites and record work appropriately

Doors Engineer

Sales

• Proactively engage with customers and influencers to create and build relationships in early phases of the customer journey
• Discover customer needs using consultative/value selling methods and increase projects with KONE spec in RFQs
• Receive leads from Sales Specialists and marketing and proactively screen the market and customer base
• Meet customers with local sales teams and articulate KONE’s solutions and value
• Maximize KONE’s hit-rate and profit margin by seeking opportunities to accelerate sales of new solutions and services
• Create and implement actionable sales ramp-up plans and report sales activities

Junior Sales Officer

Security Engineer

• Technical lead and internal consultant for secure, effective, and innovative use of AI across KONE.
• Help teams adopt AI confidently and safely by providing guidance, guardrails, and reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, IT, product and data teams to embed secure-by-design practices into AI solutions and workflows.
• Establish practical AI security guardrails & patterns for LLMs, classical ML, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Design and build AI agents for cybersecurity use cases and guide other teams building agents for business/product scenarios.
• Provide hands on consultancy and enablement: design sessions, solution reviews, prototyping safely, run clinics/office hours.
• Advance LLMOps/MLOps and oversee MCP usage: evaluation/safety tests, versioning and rollback, prompt/tool hygiene, secrets handling, and governance.
• Run pragmatic AI risk assessments for models and use cases—data minimization, isolation and context scoping, abuse/misuse prevention.
• Partner with capability owners to integrate AI securely with patterns, sample configs, and baselines.
• Strengthen the AI supply chain with procurement and third-party risk management—technical due diligence for model providers, vector stores, orchestration frameworks, plugins/tools, and SaaS.
• Create reusable assets and educate users—playbooks, starter kits, example prompts, decision trees, and reference implementations.
