Account Manager

• The Cross-sell Account Manager (SMB) position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. More specifically, this position will be charged with promoting and selling KnowBe4’s additional products and services to businesses (organizations with 25 - 500 employees), with the objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by targeting your book of business and maximizing cross sale opportunities, increasing subscription levels and adding on additional seats due to account growth. This role will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure increased ARR and more product suite adoption by our customers.
• Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross sale, add-on and upgrade opportunities by developing and managing relationships with your assigned accounts
• Identify key decision makers while developing and qualifying cross sale, add-on and upgrade opportunities
• Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and help the customer understand how it will improve their business’s security awareness training (and security overall)
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets
• Be well versed in KnowBe4’s product offerings and promote the products and services at trade shows as requested
• Follow up on marketing leads to generate sales opportunities and pipeline
• Act strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing, in line with established policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant information in compliance with the Administration Policy
• Support in the renewal process where there is an opportunity to grow the account
• Work with those Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists assigned to your customer accounts to the end of your customers increasing their commitment and use of the Knowbe4 Product Suite

• Design and facilitate high-impact enablement workshops, apprenticeship programs, and skill development initiatives that directly contribute to quota attainment and revenue growth
• Build comprehensive onboarding experiences and post-hire development programs that accelerate time-to-productivity while maintaining quality standards across global teams
• Conduct skills assessments, role-plays, and practical exercises to identify gaps and create targeted coaching plans for revenue professionals
• Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven insights and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize programs

Sales Training and Enablement Specialist

Affiliate Manager

• As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you play a pivotal role in growing our Channel business by providing Partners with the tools to sell KnowBe4 products to their customers and increase net new revenue. Working closely with Partner Account Managers, you will coordinate and execute onboarding and ongoing enablement sessions with partner sales, marketing and technical teams. Your primary responsibility is to deliver empowering enablement sessions leaving our partners with knowledge, skills, and resources to market, sell and support our products.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and virtual training programs for partners with executive-level presentation skills and strong stage presence
• Develop and deliver specialized sales training content tailored to different customer segments
• Enable partners to effectively position and sell product offerings across diverse vertical markets
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to determine enablement needs for Partners
• Effectively deliver enablement sessions to enhance partners understanding of market trends, best practices, KnowBe4 products and the Partner Portal
• Orchestrate engaging workshops, webinars and enablement sessions, leading partners to complete certifications and submit deal registrations
• Help partners articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products and how it will improve customers security posture

Partner Enablement Specialist

Business Development Rep

• As a Business Development Manager, your goal is to drive revenue influenced by alliance partners that are assigned to you. You are responsible for building relationships with assigned alliance partners that will result in increased leads, and/or revenue. In addition, you will work to source, qualify and onboard new partners. You'll capture what motivates and drives them, what their focus is and build a better together story. You'll enable them to be more successful in recommending KnowBe4 products. You'll work with partner leadership to gain executive buy-in and leverage KnowBe4 leadership to continue to build it. You'll collaborate with your partner via regular business reviews to build joint business plans with agreed upon metrics and drive customer acquisition through demand generation campaigns.

• The Snr. Director Account Executives (ENT/Strategic) is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and maximizing all sales opportunities they are assigned. Ensure subordinates meet/exceed monthly sales quota by targeting new business and reactivating lapsed accounts. Employ best-in-class sales techniques to deliver revenue goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Manage time off requests and day-to-day needs of team. Account Manager, SMB

Analyst

The Commission Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate calculation of commission. This individual will work alongside the Corporate Accounting Team to ensure that employee commission plans are properly created, maintained and updated accordingly in the commission system. In addition, this position will troubleshoot exceptions in excel spreadsheets to determine where errors exist and to ensure commission payment reports are accurate and complete. In addition, the individual in this role will be charged with the creation, review, analysis and validation of monthly reports for all commissions accrued and paid.
Responsibilities:
Update the organization’s commission system with employee changes and commission plan changes on an ongoing basis
Develop and test new commission plans in the organization’s commission system
Work with our commission system’s personnel to troubleshoot issues
Ensure accurate responses to inquiries or concerns related to commission and incentives are provided to employees
Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
Ensure accurate and timely commission payouts
Prepare commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
