Design and facilitate high-impact enablement workshops, apprenticeship programs, and skill development initiatives that directly contribute to quota attainment and revenue growth
Build comprehensive onboarding experiences and post-hire development programs that accelerate time-to-productivity while maintaining quality standards across global teams
Conduct skills assessments, role-plays, and practical exercises to identify gaps and create targeted coaching plans for revenue professionals
Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven insights and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize programs
Serve as primary enablement contact, working with Training teams, Enablement leadership, and subject matter experts to align programs with organizational goals and market dynamics
Requirements
3+ years of people management or training experience in SaaS organizations
Former quota-carrying sales professional (sales-to-enablement journey)
Expertise in adult learning principles
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Data-driven approach to identifying training needs and measuring program effectiveness
Flexibility to localize global programs while maintaining consistency with company policies
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
Thrives in a collaborative 4-day in-office hybrid environment
