About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, providing exceptional support and proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic engagement.
- Understand each customer’s goals, challenges, and fleet dynamics, and craft solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Tackle issues directly, ensuring quick resolutions and consistent client satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Track account metrics, prepare insights, and present recommendations that strengthen customer success.
- Manage contracts and renewals with precision and a focus on long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within fleet, transportation, or logistics.
- Proven success achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
