About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, providing exceptional support and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic engagement.
  • Understand each customer’s goals, challenges, and fleet dynamics, and craft solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Tackle issues directly, ensuring quick resolutions and consistent client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Track account metrics, prepare insights, and present recommendations that strengthen customer success.
  • Manage contracts and renewals with precision and a focus on long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within fleet, transportation, or logistics.
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
