About the role
- The Snr. Director Account Executives (ENT/Strategic) is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and maximizing all sales opportunities they are assigned. Ensure subordinates meet/exceed monthly sales quota by targeting new business and reactivating lapsed accounts. Employ best-in-class sales techniques to deliver revenue goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Manage time off requests and day-to-day needs of team. Liaise with Legal, Infosec, Finance, Support to facilitate deals. Monitor and analyze team statistics, key indicators and results. Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies aligned with GTM strategy. Lead and develop enterprise sales team meeting targets. Collaborate with Sales Development Team on drilling ideas and workshops. Identify areas of improvement and suggest training/disciplinary actions with People Operations. Ensure KnowBe4 policy and procedure use. Recommend hiring/firing/discipline/promotion decisions. Be expert on closing, negotiating, prospecting and other sales elements. Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews. Attend Company Marketing Events.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- SaaS sales background preferred.
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Leadership skills required
- Mastery of closing techniques, discovery questions, prospecting, building rapport and other key elements of the sales cycle
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
