About the role

  • Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services to enterprise businesses (1501+ employees)
  • Manage assigned customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities
  • Target new business and reactivate dark (lapsed) customer accounts
  • Build and maintain pipeline by developing and managing relationships with prospects
  • Forecast new business prospects and achieve/exceed monthly sales quota
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify opportunities through cold calling, networking and prospecting
  • Articulate value proposition and demonstrate product benefits for security awareness training
  • Follow up on marketing leads and promote products at trade shows as requested
  • Maintain accurate records for calls, emails, demos and other information in compliance with Administration Policy
  • Negotiate pricing and discounts in line with established policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Proven track record in sales
  • 3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
  • Network or Security Plus preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Stats driven business professional
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
